Many of us are motivated by achieving success. Success is extremely variable and hard to define, but I’ll leave that for another time. Moving beyond that, success requires many factors to be optimized and working in tandem. One thing that many of us neglect to take care of is sleep. In our minds, less sleep means more time to work. But there is most definitely a tradeoff between the quantity and quality of work, especially when it comes to our rest.
